The CSF rolls out two innovative tools to support its members in their practice

Montréal, May 6, 2025 - The CSF is innovating with the addition of two new features to its secure online platform for members: an interactive FAQ (frequently asked questions), accessible at all times, and a live chat service with an agent. These new functionalities enhance the CSF's service offering by facilitating access to the most frequently sought information, and by providing members with a tool that enables them to quickly obtain answers to their questions thanks to a new mode of communication.

The introduction of these services is part of a broader approach to continuous innovation at CSF, which relies in particular on robust and scalable technological solutions to serve its members with rigor and reliability:
